I really like this music video. I like the shots of the guitar and I think the walking shots of Jake Bugg in a close up are really good too. There's a lot of movement on the camera and I think that is something to take into consideration. I really like all of the location shots in this video, I think they are cool. The clothing that Jake is wearing is very simple, hoodies and jeans. The one thing to take into consideration is that this song is more uptempo than my song.
Another thing I have noticed in this video is that there are scenes of walking whilst singing. Mise-en-scene is very important in this video.
This video includes a lot of establishing shots and a lot of shots of feet walking. Eventually there is some lip synced parts in the song and these are again all walking shots. This is definitely something I am going to have to think about for this genre. The clothing that Ben Howard is wearing is very basic and continuous throughout the whole song.
This video is a very basic idea of him cycling and then establishing shots of the location he is in. There are the odd shots of lip syncing but not that many. The clothing in Ben's videos is very simple and the main performance consists of him wearing the same clothing throughout.
This video contains a wide range of shots but a lot of close ups of the lead singer and the band and the long shot of the band in the car. The whole video is in black and white which creates an atmosphere. There are a lot of establishing shots again and the band are wearing the same things continuously.
This is a more uptempo song but there are a lot of shots of the guitar and Miles Kane. There is a lot of movement on the camera and a lot of movement on the camera. The imagery relates to the lyrics well.
I absolutely love this video, it helps that the song is really catchy. I love the fact that Frank Turner stands in the same place throughout the whole song and that graphics allow everything else to change. It is edited really well and I love the fact animation is used too, not too much but not too little. Some of the close up shots on the guitar are really good. I love it!
