Qualitative Data - this is data collected through considering why people
like a certain music video due to their values and attitudes. It considers why
and how someone might like or dislike their product.
Quantitative
Data - this is data collected in a more systematic manner, it is less
personal and based more around facts and statistics.
Demographic
Data - this is a profile of the people you market a product to and it considers factors such as gender (the differences between males and females), age (the difference between ages views), social class (people with higher disposable incomes), what their favourite genre of music is and how they listen to their music.
Psychographic Data - this is
used to collect data about an audience's personality, values, attitudes,
interests and lifestyles.
